Refund & Returns Policy – Fox Paw Farm Market

We want you to love every product you purchase from us. Because our items are handcrafted in small batches — often perishable or seasonal — our refund and return guidelines vary by product type.

Perishable & Food Products

  • Due to the nature of fresh, perishable goods (honey, maple syrup, baked goods, eggs, produce, etc.), we cannot accept returns once the product has left our farm or been shipped.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Bath, Body & Non‑Perishable Goods

  • Unused, unopened items (such as soaps, balms, or packaged goods) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Include clear photos if the product was damaged in transit.
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
