Field

The field is the open space between the forest and the farmyard, the bright, working stretch where daily tasks and quiet wandering meet. This is where we share the in‑between work: checking hives, gathering wild herbs, flowers, and plants, picking berries in season, tending animals, walking fence lines, and doing the small, necessary chores that tie the homestead together. It’s the place where wild and cultivated overlap, and where most days begin and end.
