Kirsten is a farm-to-table chef who loves nutritional healing through nutrient-rich pure foods. Don is a wonderful gardener and farmer who takes extremely good care of his animals. Historically, he milked his goats for his love of making high-quality goat cheese. Now, with the addition of a cow’s milk, he continues his passion for creating butter and cheese. The cow milk is new, but his love for making cheese remains strong.
Don has been a wonderful gardener for years, but he is now embracing the Market Gardener idea to begin growing much more. As an avid market gardener, Don cultivates an array of vegetables and berries that burst with flavor and nutrition. Each season, the farm’s bounty includes a variety of fresh produce, from leafy greens to juicy strawberries, all grown with care and dedication.
Together, we are creating a Pure Simple Farm Life filled with clean, organic homegrown foods. We’re excited to share our journey in creating a flower farm, where Kirsten can grow beautiful blooms to use in her culinary creations and to brighten up our surroundings. We will be sharing recipes and techniques using the foods grown seasonally here in the farm gardens, fields, and forest.

Farm
We are also learning to feed the animals pure foods so they are as healthy as possible. Building food sources from the foundation up is wholly important to overall health and nutrition for both man and animal. Using what the animals produce to feed the soil.
Field
Don is applying permaculture practices to improve the land to also make it more nutritionally sound for the animals.
Looking to the Future
In this journey of eating clean, we are eliminating the toxins we are eating in processed foods. We are also eliminating the toxins in our environment. External toxic exposures such as cleaning products, candles, laundry products, and other chemicals find their way into homes every day. We will be sharing natural alternatives that you can use in your homes in place of store-bought products.
We believe in clean intentional living and food responsibility. Follow us and we will take you along and share what we have learned. We will also be sharing what we are learning on this adventure of self-sustainability.

hi
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab
inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go
back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
